I have heard that sleep is a natural way when a tiny glimpse of death is experienced. By sleep, we put our body to rest, whereas by death we put our soul to rest. And when I heard the death news of our Guruswamy Uncle, this was the first thing that stuck my mind. Because, he rested in peace while he was in deep sleep. How blessed he is, everyone had the same to tell. For one born as human, this kind of End that he/she should pray for. And especially, for the one who has performed all his lifetime duties well and had a fulfilling life, the end also came in a fulfilling way.
Guruswamy Uncle,as we call him, was a spiritual person. His face had a natural calmness, his piousness was visible on his face and could understand that spirituality was well within him. Now he has gone to live with the God, creating a vaccum in his place. Love and time fill this vacuum, reshape our lives, and enable us to continue to live.
Finally, I would say that he was dear to God. Its not important if we love God, finally God should love us and take us under his wings.....
